A mid-sized biotechnology company in Toronto is seeking a Market Access Manager for a 15-month limited contract. The role involves developing market access strategies, managing HTA submissions, and fostering relationships with various stakeholders in the healthcare system. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in market access within the pharmaceutical industry and a degree in a relevant scientific discipline. A hybrid work model is offered.
Job Purpose:
The successful candidate will report to the Head of Market Access and Stakeholder Relations and, working in close collaboration with commercial, field market access, finance and medical teams in addition to global HEOR and Value & Access teams to develop the market access strategy, value proposition and plans for key stakeholder groups (private and public) involved in the reimbursement process nationally and provincially. The key responsibilities of this role encompass the preparation of HTA submission dossiers to INESSS, CADTH and private Insurers (including clinical summaries, comparative effectiveness synthesis and economic modelling), the development of pricing strategies, management of price negotiation and implementation.
This is a Limited Fixed Term contract: 15-months contract (Maternity leave) with possibility of extension.
