Location: On-site, Manufacturing Facility – Mississauga, ON

Pay: $76,765.73 – $136,196.23 per year

Role Summary

You will lead a small but critical maintenance and reliability team in a fast‑growing food manufacturing environment. This role owns weekly priorities, decision‑making, and team performance. You are not here to turn wrenches all day. You are here to run the function. You will work closely with a highly skilled technical lead and develop junior talent. You will be accountable for uptime, response, standards, and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own weekly and daily maintenance priorities
  • Plan and sequence work to minimize downtime
  • Make decisions independently and in real time
  • Lead and hold the team accountable to standards
  • Set clear expectations and follow through
  • Partner with production, QA, and operations
  • Use data to drive preventive maintenance
  • Escalate only when required, with clear options
