About The Role

ZayZoon is looking for a dynamic and customer‑centric Lifecycle Marketing Manager to lead our efforts in driving customer acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention across multiple marketing channels. This highly visible role requires a results‑driven self‑starter with a deep understanding of lifecycle marketing who can develop and execute strategies that showcase the value of ZayZoon's products for SMB employees across North America. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams, including Product Marketing, Analytics, and Creative to drive measurable business impact.

Your Impact
  • Strategy Development: Define and implement lifecycle marketing strategies aimed at increasing customer lifetime value by improving activation rates, boosting engagement, and reducing churn.
  • People Leadership: Lead and support team members with empathy and care, fostering a culture of trust, continuous growth, and professional development while empowering individuals to do their best work.
  • Campaign Execution: Develop, execute, and maintain marketing campaigns across owned channels (email, SMS, push notifications, in‑app messaging), ensuring they are measured against performance‑driven metrics.
  • Audience Segmentation: Identify and segment customer groups to deliver targeted, personalized marketing initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Work with cross‑functional teams, including Product Marketing, Analytics, Creative, and Technical teams, to create and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze customer data to inform campaign strategies, optimize performance through A/B testing, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Content Planning: Assist with content calendar planning and contribute innovative ideas to drive engagement.
  • Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of lifecycle marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous optimization.
You Bring
  • 5+ years of experience leading the development and execution of multi‑channel lifecycle marketing initiatives, with a focus on customer engagement in a SaaS environment and 3+ years leading people or teams.
  • Experience with Customer Engagement platforms such as Braze, Iterable, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.
  • Strong ability to use data to drive decisions, with experience in tools like Tableau, Google Analytics, Looker, or similar.
  • Skilled in translating technical details into compelling narratives and simplifying complex messages.
