Position Summary

The Manager, Clinical Integration is a key operational leader responsible for driving integration across WELL Health’s acquisitions within the Canadian Clinic business unit. This role serves as a central point of coordination and accountability, ensuring cross‑functional integration efforts progress in a structured, transparent, and measurable manner. Approximately 25 % of the role operates in a Chief of Staff–style capacity to the VP, Clinical Operations, supporting planning and execution of key initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Lead and coordinate primary‑care integration initiatives across WELL Health’s portfolio of clinics and acquisitions.
  • Develop and maintain integration plans, timelines, and milestones for new and existing acquisitions.
  • Act as the central point of accountability for tracking integration progress across Finance, HR, IT, and Clinical Operations.
  • Identify integration risks, gaps, and delays and drive resolution with cross‑functional stakeholders.
  • Partner with Finance on ERP and financial systems integration, bank transitions, and vendor consolidation.
  • Coordinate with HR on payroll transitions, benefits alignment, and adoption of WELL HR policies.
  • Work with IT teams on systems access, infrastructure integration, and platform standardization.
  • Build and maintain a centralized integration tracking and reporting framework.
  • Prepare executive‑ready updates on integration status, risks, and decisions required.
  • Support the VP, Clinical Operations in a Chief of Staff–style capacity including meeting preparation, follow‑ups, and execution support.
  • Translate strategic discussions into actionable execution plans and monitor progress to completion.
You Have
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare operations, integration, consulting, or corporate operations.
  • Demonstrated success managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfort working with senior leaders and influencing without direct authority.
  • Experience with post‑acquisition integration or large‑scale operational change.
  • Experience with project management tools such as monday.com (considered an asset).
