As the Manager - Business Systems, you will lead a team of skilled Salesforce Admins, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to help them deliver their best work. You’ll ensure the team is aligned with key business objectives, track and prioritize deliverables, and create a positive, growth-oriented environment where everyone can thrive. Reporting directly to the Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving operational success across Salesforce Sales and Service initiatives while empowering your team to achieve their career goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving challenges collaboratively, values long-term solutions, and takes a people-first approach to leadership. Instacart provides highly market-competitive compensation and benefits in each location where our employees work. This role is remote and the base pay range for a successful candidate is dependent on their permanent work location. Please review our Flex First remote work policy here. Currently, we are only hiring in the following provinces: Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia.
