Responsibilities

We are hiring immediately for our Management Training program. As a Management Trainee, you’ll start learning our business from day one while based at one of our neighborhood branches. You will serve as both the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and as an operational expert behind the scenes. Our structured program will help you master the skills to eventually run your own branch, grow new business, and develop your team.

In our hands-on environment, you'll receive guidance, mentoring, and support. You'll also engage with the community to build essential relationships.

We’ll teach you customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations, emphasizing putting customers first. Our culture of friendly competition fosters growth for both our business and your career.

Qualifications

• Must have a 4-year bachelor’s degree from an accredited Canadian university or an international equivalent recognized by WES or IRCC; preference for BBA, BCom, BMgt, BA, or related fields.
• At least 6 months of experience or involvement in sales & customer service (e.g., commission sales, retail, restaurant, hospitality) or leadership (e.g., military, athletics, clubs).
• Valid Canadian Class G or G2 driver’s license with no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents in the past three years.
• No drug or alcohol-related convictions (DWI/DUI) within the last 5 years.
• Authorized to work in Canada without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. (Note: This position typically does not qualify for permanent residency under NOC.)
• At least 18 years old.

Posted Salary Range: CAD $53,996.00 per year
