***This position is for a Maintenance Technician based in Tsawwassen***
As a Maintenance Technician within our REMS team, you'll play a pivotal role in responding to tenant service requests with low technical requirements, escalating more complex jobs to the Building Operator or Operations Manager (as necessary), and bringing potential issues to the attention of upper management. Performs minor repairs in addition to inspecting repairs that have been completed by external service providers. Maintains the cleanliness of common areas, mechanical and electrical rooms, parking lots, and sidewalks. Performs landscaping duties, which include shoveling snow.
This role is based at a 450,000 sq.ft. open‑air shopping centre in Tsawwassen. You will have the opportunity to work on a small operations team. Key responsibilities include delivering outstanding tenant service and maintaining the shopping centre's immaculate curb appeal. The majority of the time, this role requires being active outside in all weather conditions. This position's regular shift will Thursday – Monday, including weekends and statutory holidays, with anticipated hours of work being 10:30 am – 7 pm.
This position will require on‑call duties for various properties in the Lower Mainland, on a rotation with other Building Operations employees.

Approximate Salary Range for Role: $52,480 - $62,000
