Job Description

WHAT’S THE JOB?

As a Supervisor & Maintenance Technician, you will inspect buildings and other structures to determine functional systems and detect malfunctions and needed repair; make notes and recommendations. You will also manage a small team delivering 7 day/week coverage. FT role day shift Mon‑Fri

Your work will include:

  • Perform minor electrical maintenance such as bulb replacement.
  • Perform minor plumbing maintenance such as replacement or repair of leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging of drains, trenching and laying new lines, replacing drain hoses on washers and similar devices, etc.
  • Perform minor painting, carpentry and masonry work such as preparing surfaces and using brush, sprayer, or roller to apply paints, stains, and varnishes, hanging doors, fitting locks and handles etc.
  • Performed planned maintenance throughout facility such as filter replacements and audits.
  • Assist in installing seasonal decor throughout the facility.
Qualifications

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Minimum of one to three years’ experience working in a commercial property environment
  • Aptitude for servicing tenants with the ability to see both the customer’s perspective and the impact on the organization.
  • Adapt to change and deal with difficult and stressful situations in a professional manner.
  • Demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality
  • A clear criminal record check is required for this role.
  • An individual who is willing to start PT and take on additional work as we expand our services.
