Overview

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Operative to join a repairs and maintenance team based in Peterborough. This role involves working on both void and occupied domestic properties.

Duties

• Conduct repairs and maintenance on both empty and tenanted properties.
• Perform tasks such as plumbing, painting, minor carpentry, and other maintenance work.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting company standards.

Benefits and Schedule

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full-time hours Monday to Friday. The hourly pay rate for this role is £18.20 Ltd (PAYE equivalent £15.62 inclusive of holiday). You will be working a standard 37-hour week, with potential for overtime. An immediate start is available.

Requirements
