Maritime Innovation Lab is seeking a Maintenance Lead in Four Corners, N.B. The Maintenance Lead ensures the reliability, safety, and efficient operation of site equipment, facilities, and infrastructure while leading maintenance activities and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

What You\'ll Do

  • Leadership & Operations - Lead daily and weekly maintenance operations, ensuring safe work practices and proper documentation.
  • Troubleshooting & Repairs – Diagnose and repair electrical, communication, irrigation, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
  • Preventive Maintenance – Build and manage a preventive maintenance program, including PM scheduling, tracking, and optimization.
  • Compliance & Continuous Improvement – Ensure regulatory compliance, lead root cause analysis, improve processes, and oversee contractor/vendor relationships.
  • Grounds & Equipment – Operate equipment as needed and support snow removal, sanding, mowing, and general site upkeep.
