We are looking for a Journeyman to join our Maintenance team! You will be responsible for installing, repairing, troubleshooting, and maintaining equipment on the production line.

$5,000 Signing Bonus for Ticketed Journeymen!

  • Day Shift Rate: Non‑Ticketed $42/hour & Ticketed $46/hour
  • Afternoon Shift Rate: Additional $2/hour
  • Night Shift Rate: Additional $6/hour
  • Dual Ticket Premium: $1/hour (Power Engineer, Boiler Ticket)
  • Other Premiums Available (First Aid, Trainer, Lead Hand)

Things you will do…
  • Read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
  • Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and find irregularities and malfunctions
  • Operate hoisting/lifting device and operate machine tools as needed
  • Install, align, take apart, and move stationary industrial machinery/mechanical equipment using appropriate tools
  • Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts
  • Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on machinery
