Dow currently has an opening for a Maintenance and Engineering Group Leader in Toronto, ON.
The Maintenance Group Leader has accountability to drive maintenance productivity for the assigned area. Serves as the maintenance process and discipline owner and administrative resource leader. Has responsibility for safety, reliability and cost management. Ensures effective work process utilization, enhancement of the process/operating discipline, that the skills necessary to support the work process are defined, and tracks analyzes work process results. Leads a team of approximately 10 maintenance craft, technician, and engineering individual contributors. As a leader, fosters a work environment with a high level of integrity and strong customer and safety focus that embraces inclusion and diversity, innovation and sustainability, continuous improvement and empowerment.
