  • Review invoices and collaborate with the damage recovery team.
  • Partner with the claims department for comprehensive documentation.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with preferred vendors.
  • Play a pivotal role in the annual review of preferred vendors.

We are currently seeking aMaintenance Advisors to join our Fleet Solutions team. The Maintenance Advisor is responsible for executing the fleet maintenance process. Working with the Vehicle Assessors at each branch and directly with Fleet Maintenance Central customers, this role ensures maintenance and repairs are scheduled and completed in accordance with Company standards and guidelines.

What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with fleet maintenance personnel to ensure timely vehicle completion, delivering seamless communication regarding delivery and pick-up arrangements.
  • Evaluate and approve vendor estimates, ensuring swift responses to customer notifications before work commences.
  • Ensure accurate vendor check-ins and check-outs, maintaining high standards in inspections and work order updates.
  • Review invoices meticulously, collaborating with the damage recovery team to navigate chargebacks effectively.
  • Partner with the claims department to provide comprehensive documentation for customer billing, ensuring all details are handled with care.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with preferred vendors to secure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair services.
  • Play a pivotal role in the annual review of preferred vendors, driving our commitment to excellence.
