About this team

The Integrated Go-To-Market Team exists to transform the Product organization. We act as an internal consultancy that works with the business to identify, conceptualize and implement process optimization opportunities allowing lululemon to deliver its long‑term strategy. We always have the guest in mind when solutioning. Team members are essential thought partners with all areas of the Company, including executive leadership, design, merchandising, supply chain, planning, marketing, region, brand, channels and more.

The GTM Operations Team sets the framework for the seasonal process, enabling the business to move from concept to market.

A day in the life:

Reporting to the Manager, GTM Operations, the GTM Operations Lead will support seasonal delivery of the Go‑To‑Market Process. You will do this by supporting the planning and publishing of the GTM calendar, partnering with leaders across the organization to prepare and deliver against GTM milestones, analysing seasonal KPIs and governing the seasonal process. You will support and/or lead operational continual improvement projects for the Go‑To‑Market process.

The Lead will be a self‑starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. You are an effective communicator who thrives on problem solving and can navigate a fast‑paced environment with agility.

  • Lead the plan and publishing of the GTM calendar, setting the framework through which teams deliver the season from concept to market
  • Support and/or lead project management of active seasons, partnering with cross‑functional business leaders in the planning and delivery of GTM milestones
  • Analyse seasonal KPIs to support governance of the GTM process and develop recommendations to mitigate risk to seasonal delivery
  • Complete root‑cause analysis to support recommendations for incremental improvements and operational efficiencies
  • Lead complex work activities across cross‑functional teams to keep the work stream on track
  • Support and/or lead cross‑functional teams through workshops to work through business problems, identifying key decisions, cross‑functional dependencies, and risks/issues
  • Collaborate with other teams involved in GTM Evolution initiatives
  • Prepare leadership materials for respective areas and prepare business owners
  • Work cross‑functionally to plan agendas and prepare materials for key meetings, capturing actions and ensuring timely follow‑up
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related discipline
  • 3+ years work experience
  • Experience in an operational role at a large apparel company or investment banking, management consulting at a $1B+ company
  • Self‑motivated, passionate, detail‑oriented, multi‑tasker extraordinaire who thrives in a fast‑paced environment
  • Strong analytical and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills – interpersonal, written, and verbal
  • Demonstrates willingness to learn on the job – has a 'growth' mindset

Compensation and Benefits Package

lululemon's compensation offerings are grounded in a pay-for-performance philosophy that recognises exceptional individual and team performance. The typical hiring range for this position is from $81,500-$107,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. As part of our total rewards offering, permanent employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus programme, subject to programme eligibility requirements.
