Job Description

The Commercial Line Producer will be responsible for producing motion and photography projects with The Pub Commercial Content. They will be involved from pre-production through wrap. This role involves overseeing budgets, schedules, crew and vendor coordination, and on-set operations, amongst other related responsibilities.

The ideal candidate thrives under pressure, a team environment, and is experienced in advertising or branded content production.

Responsibilities
  • Manage budget, schedule, crew and equipment for productions
  • Work with a range of motion and photography projects: from small nimble social shoots to large complex commercial projects
  • Be a Team-player and wear multiple hats as needed
  • Assist with financials and admin
  • Assist with quoting, researching, and resourcing
  • Report to Executive Producer and collaborate with our production team
Qualifications
  • 5 years + commercial line producer
  • Knowledge of industry-standard budgeting tools (e.g., Movie Magic, Hot Budget).
  • Strong working knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Office suite, Dropbox, and similar.
  • Excellent negotiation and crew and vendor management skills.
  • Commercial crew and vendor contacts in Toronto
  • Solutions-oriented and able to set priorities in high-demand environments.
  • Thorough understanding of commercial production and talent guidelines
  • Ability to travel and work flexible hours when required.
