Qualifications

• Completion of Grade 10 plus formal Lifeguard and Swim Instructor training.
• Current Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor certification.
• Valid National Lifeguard Service Pool Option certification.
• Valid First Aid and CPR C certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and teach high-quality swim lesson programs for all ages.
• Perform lifeguarding functions according to guidelines.
• Observe patrons in pool and enforce safety regulations.
• Provide First Aid treatment when necessary.
