About The Role

Join our dedicated team of Licensed Practical Nurses at The Heights at Mt. View, our long‑term care community in the heart of Victoria. In this role, you will:

• Provide safe, person-centered nursing care to residents.
• Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary teams on complex care needs.
• Administer medications and treatments following clinical best practices.
• Promote resident wellness and support care plan implementation.
• Monitor safety risks and respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies.
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation using electronic health records.

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nursing diploma with current BCCNM registration.
• Experience in long‑term, complex, or assisted living care preferred.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
