Location: Vancouver, WA
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Position Snapshot

This role centers on providing reliable, evidence-informed therapy to clients through a secure online platform. You’ll have a defined caseload, structured appointment times, and clear documentation expectations.

Day-to-Day
  • Conduct online assessments and ongoing therapy
  • Identify diagnoses and update clinical formulations as needed
  • Collaborate with clients on step-by-step treatment plans
  • Keep accurate electronic records and notes
  • Participate in virtual peer consultation or supervision
Qualifications
  • Active Washington license as LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, or Psychologist
  • Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field
  • Experience in outpatient clinical work preferred
