Job summary

A leading music store in Longueuil is seeking a Lessons Teacher to provide music lessons for instruments including singing, among others. Candidates must have a music degree or diploma and prior teaching experience. This position allows for flexible scheduling during weekdays, weeknights, and weekends, working as an independent contractor.

Qualifications

• A music degree or diploma from a recognized University or College.
• A minimum Grade 8 RCM standing with Grade 2 Rudiments.
• Professional equivalency may be accepted.
• Must have previous teaching experience with all ages of students.
• Knowledge of standard teaching methods and lesson curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Work as an independent contractor giving lessons in various instruments.
• Teach students one-on-one or in group settings.
