Qualifications

• 2-5 years of relevant experience within construction.
• A recognized university degree.
• Membership in relevant professional organizations is a bonus (CIQS / RICS).

Responsibilities

• Preparing Technical Due Diligence Reports for lenders for all asset classes prior to Financial Close.
• Preparing Monthly Monitoring Reports for lenders for all asset classes through the Construction Phase.
• Providing Advice to lenders throughout the life of the project on technical aspects.
