If you are considering your next step, we have exciting opportunities waiting for you. Come build a rewarding career at Rogers and be a driving force behind our success story!

Canada's regulatory landscape has shifted to a permanent, enforceable compliance framework. Mandates such as PFAS disclosure, the Federal Plastics Registry (FPR), greenhouse gas reporting (GHGRP), and supply chain transparency under Bill S-211 require procurement‑led accountability for supplier data, contract integration, and sourcing governance.

This role is central to ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and supplier eligibility for federal contracts. The candidate must be able to translate policy into operational workflows and drive adoption across cross‑functional teams.

What you’ll be doing:

The successful candidate will support and co‑lead the following programs:

  • Supplier Code of Conduct Governance
  • Supplier Diversity Program (Diverse Spend metrics and Diverse Supplier Mentorship program)
  • Third Party Risk Management (RVL/Watchlist, Issues, Disputes & Escalations)
  • Sustainable Procurement Directives
  • Procurement Policy & Training Updates
  • In‑Life Contract and Supplier Management (Score‑cards, SLAs, Rebates and Penalties, Supplier Code of Conduct)
  • Procurement Process Oversight (EPP and TPRM workflows, communications and reporting functions)
What you’ll bring:
  • 5+ years in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Supply Chain Management, with exposure to governance, compliance, and supplier engagement, OR comparable mix of education and experience.
  • Strong understanding of contract structures, including SLAs, redlining, audit clauses, and data obligations.
  • Experience managing or supporting programs related to supplier diversity, sustainability or third‑party risk.
  • Familiarity with Global and Canadian regulatory frameworks such as UDHR, UN Global Compact, SAI, ECCC, CEPA, GHGRP, Competition Act, Bill S‑211 and Bill C‑59, is a strong asset.
  • Proficiency in procurement platforms (Ivalua, Oracle, PowerBI, Microsoft Suite, Visio) and comfort navigating supplier risk modules, contract repositories, and escalation workflows.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate policy into operational processes and drive adoption across cross‑functional teams.
  • Preferred Attributes:
    • Passion for DEIB and sustainable procurement, with a track record of embedding these principles into sourcing practices.
    • Strong analytical and reporting skills; able to interpret supplier data and regulatory requirements into actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills; able to work across Legal, Risk, Category Management and external suppliers.
    • Comfortable working in a matrixed environment with competing priorities and evolving compliance demands.
    • Self‑starter with a proactive mindset and ability to manage ambiguity while driving structure and accountability.
