Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Lead Service Technician to join our team full-time, on-site. In this role, you will take ownership of service excellence—performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of commercial overhead doors, dock systems, and high-speed doors. Beyond technical skills, this position requires someone who is committed to providing exceptional customer service, supporting junior technicians, and ensuring our clients’ operations stay secure and running smoothly.

Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with commercial overhead doors, dock systems, and high-speed doors.
  • Proven expertise in maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and field service.
  • Strong commitment to customer service excellence.
