Overview

Intuit’s Global Business Solutions Group (GBSG) is powering prosperity for small and mid-sized businesses around the world. As a Staff Marketing Manager, Integrated Planning, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting the dots across our marketing organization to deliver strategic clarity, operational alignment, and impact at scale.

You’ll be responsible for driving the development of integrated annual and quarterly marketing plans across Canada and Latin America, working hand-in-hand with our segment and channel leaders. You'll also lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives that are critical to our growth agenda, bringing structure, accountability, and momentum to complex workstreams. In addition, you’ll support the marketing leadership team with executive-level deliverables that are insightful, data-driven, and action-oriented.

This is a high-impact, individual contributor role reporting to the Director of Marketing. You’ll be part of a collaborative, customer-obsessed team that’s reimagining how we go to market and serve customers in our international regions.

Responsibilities
  • Lead Integrated Marketing Planning Develop and manage our annual and quarterly integrated marketing plans in partnership with segment, channel, and cross-functional teams. Ensure plans are connected to business goals, grounded in customer insights, and responsive to evolving market conditions.
  • Drive Strategic Programs Step into priority initiatives where leadership and structure are needed most. Use strong program management, problem-solving, and communication skills to align stakeholders, track progress, and remove roadblocks.
  • Support Executive Storytelling Craft clear, compelling narratives and visual presentations for senior leaders. Translate complexity into actionable insights that inform decisions and drive alignment.
  • Enable Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Analytics, Product Marketing, and global teams to ensure a shared understanding of priorities, metrics, and responsibilities. Be a trusted voice across the organization.
  • Champion Operational Excellence Help build scalable planning frameworks, improve accountability rhythms, and introduce better tools or processes to make our marketing engine faster and more effective.
Qualifications
  • Experience & Education 7+ years in marketing strategy, integrated planning, management consulting, or business operations—preferably in SaaS, B2B / B2SMB, or high-growth tech environments. MBA preferred. Experience at a top-tier consulting firm is strongly valued.
  • Leadership Without Authority Proven ability to lead complex cross-functional workstreams without formal authority. Comfortable driving clarity in ambiguous situations and aligning diverse stakeholders. Ability to step in and project / program manage workstreams leveraging the necessary tools to bring structure is critical.
  • Analytical & Financial Rigour Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to guide decisions. Skilled at building business cases, KPI commentary, and leveraging dashboards and data to tell the cohesive story. Ability to work with complex spreadsheets, extracting, manipulating and compiling data is a necessary skill for this role.
  • Bias for Action & Accountability High level of personal ownership and follow-through. Gritty, resourceful, and resilient—comfortable rolling up your sleeves when needed.
  • World-Class Communication Skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of building trust with senior leadership through insights and storytelling.
