Role Overview

Reporting to the Senior Director, this role drives cloud modernization and owns the end-to-end development of data products, focusing on automating analytical processes using AI and Generative AI technologies.

What You'll Do
  • Support data modernization strategy: Contribute to the development and execution of the data enablement roadmap, emphasizing automation and organizational alignment.
  • Design and build automated data products: Develop solutions to automate workflows, reports, and analytical tasks, applying AI techniques where appropriate.
  • Mentor and enable the broader data team: Guide data scientists and analysts on best practices, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • Maintain strategic relationships: Collaborate with data users, technology managers, and partners to ensure solutions meet expectations and facilitate data initiatives.
  • Own data governance initiatives: Lead compliance efforts, including SOX and metadata management, supporting regulatory initiatives.
What You Bring
  • 5+ years in data and analytics with management experience, preferably in financial services, and a degree in a quantitative field.
  • Expertise in data solutions such as AI data products, BI, data warehousing, and data strategy, with solution design experience.
  • Proficiency in Python, Google BigQuery, Apache Spark, SQL, ETL, Tableau, UML, data governance tools, and AI / ML frameworks (LangChain, OpenAI API, Vertex AI).
  • Proven automation experience and familiarity with Generative AI and LLMs.
  • Strong communication, project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
