Job description

We are looking for talented, enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join the Beauty Palace Studio team.

• Position : Experienced Lash Artist
• Job Type : Part-time ( 2-3 days a week), with a possibility to become full-time

Skills / Requirements :

• Ability to perform classic, hybrid, and volume lash extensions.
• Mega volume will be a bonus, but not required.
• Bonus not required - the ability to perform waxing, lash lift, brow lamination, brow / lash tinting, PMU brows and lip, but Willing to learn facial / body waxing, lash lift.
• Be able to complete services promptly.
• At least 6 months to 1 year of experience.
• Fluent in English. Mandarin is a bonus but not required.

Job Description :

• Provide thorough consultations.
• Provide exceptional product knowledge and be comfortable promoting and selling pre- and post-care products as well.
• Comfortable promoting and upselling the service.
• Book an appointment, answer a phone call, and process payment as needed.
• Taking before & after photos / videos of the clients.
• Semi-active for social media for posting photos, creating short videos.
• Maintain exceptional cleanliness of the station and the entire studio
• Help with other tasks in the studio.

Compensation :

• Basic hourly rate (first 3 months ) + service commission ( after passing 3 months probation period) + 100% tips + retail commission + 4 % vacation pay.
