A dedicated addiction recovery organization is seeking a Program Manager to provide leadership in a therapeutic community. The role involves ensuring delivery of high-quality addiction recovery services, managing a team, and overseeing compliance with standards. Reporting to the Program Director - Gunn, the Program Manager will assist in leading our Therapeutic Community situated on a 40-acre facility approximately 45 minutes outside of Edmonton. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality addiction recovery services and maintaining compliance with internal and external quality standards, team supervisor and resident care.
