A leading custom apparel company in Toronto is seeking a Key Account/Business Operations Manager. This role involves coordinating operations, sales support, and client communication. Candidates should have significant experience in production coordination and a strong understanding of the apparel industry. As a Key Account/Business Operations Manager, you will be the operational backbone for one of the brand accounts. This role blends inside sales support, production coordination, and client communication, ensuring that every order runs smoothly from concept through delivery. You will be the point of contact for this client, while working closely with internal teams (sales, design, production, logistics, suppliers) to manage timelines, artwork approvals, purchase orders, and production flow. The position includes a base salary of $70,000 to $80,000 plus bonuses and additional perks!
