We are seeking a highly skilled and driven KDB Developer to join our team, contributing to advanced data solutions for leading global financial institutions.
We look for individuals who are strategic, thrive in a dynamic environment, and possess strong analytical capabilities to solve complex business challenges.
Work alongside our global clients as part of our kdb+ consulting practice
Operate as Subject Matter Expert for KX product installations and customization
Contribute to all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including influencing the overall design and architecture of the application and developing, testing, and deploying the code
Interact with users to understand requirements and integration needs, deploy applications, assist with user configurations, troubleshoot issues, and perform training
Support users with accessing and querying data
3+ years in a software engineering / development role using KDB+/Q
Strong academic background in business, finance, engineering, mathematics, science, or technology
Track record of developing successful software solutions in programming languages such as Java / C++ / Python
Experience with deployment tools such as Jenkins / TeamCity
Self-starter who is proactive and driven, with a passion for learning new tools and technologies

This posting includes a base salary range EPAM Canada would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, training, the demand for the role, skillset, and overall business and local labour market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: CA$85,000 - CA$185,000.
