Our Montreal-based Customer Support team is currently seeking a Junior Technical Supervisor who will impress our clients by resolving Tier 2 technical issues for our industry-leading digital signage and audio platforms.   • Handle second-level support escalations from commercial customers, providing timely and effective solutions
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
  • Assist in coordinating technician dispatch for on-site service, tracking progress, and documenting results
  • Use our lab environment to reproduce customer issues to help identify the root cause
  • Create and update detailed documentation and knowledge base articles to assist the entire team
  • Participate in team projects aimed at improving support processes and customer satisfaction

Technical Skills

  • A minimum of one year of experience in an advanced technical support role (Level 2)
  • A solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
  • Fluency in French and English (written and spoken) is essential
  • Experience with commercial AV systems or digital signage software (MagicInfo, Navori, or other) is a strong asset
