Job description

We are seeking a talented individual to join our team at Marsh. This role will be based in Toronto, Calgary, or Vancouver. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

This role will support the design, development, and deployment of SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ workflows, rules, and connectors while customizing modules to meet business needs. Collaborate with senior developers and IAM architects to implement identity governance solutions, troubleshoot issues, and integrate SailPoint with enterprise systems. Assist with testing, documentation, maintenance, and ensuring security and compliance standards are upheld.

We will count on you to:
  • Assist in the design, development, deployment, and customization of SailPoint IdentityNow/IdentityIQ workflows, rules, connectors, and modules to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with senior developers and IAM architects to implement identity governance solutions and support integration with enterprise systems.
  • Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving issues related to SailPoint applications.
  • Create use cases, conduct testing, and provide ongoing support and maintenance for SailPoint environments.
  • Assist in developing technical documentation and user guides to support system usage and training.
  • Help maintain security and compliance standards while staying updated on the latest SailPoint features and best practices.
What you need to have:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Hands‑on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), SailPoint IdentityNow, or any other IGA (Identity Governance and Access) tools.
  • 4+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management concepts.
  • 3+ years of hands‑on coding, implementation, deployment, and support experience related to IAM solutions.
  • Demonstrates strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, effective communication, and teamwork abilities.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced environment.
What makes you stand out:
  • Experience with Java, XML, and scripting languages (e.g., Beanshell, JavaScript) is desirable.
  • Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, and database systems is beneficial.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $85,600 to $141,800.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
