  • Process all policy changes/requests to ensure accurate responses.
  • Underwrite all renewals thoroughly – responsible for retention.
  • Manage a client book of business.
  • Review client’s overall insurance needs and refer to other departments as appropriate.
  • Process month end reports.

This role offers you the chance to manage a portfolio of clients, fostering strong and lasting relationships. You'll handle account servicing by processing policy changes and offering claims advice ensuring high client retention.

What will you do?
