About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Junior Clerical Administrative professional to support day-to-day operations in their Ottawa office ASAP on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced, professional environment, with a strong emphasis on organization and accuracy.

Duties include but are not limited to :
  • Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Preparing and formatting documents using Microsoft Office Suite
  • Filing, scanning, and organizing documents both digitally and physically
  • Responding to internal emails and routing inquiries as needed
  • Supporting the administrative team with ad hoc tasks as required
About You

The successful candidate will have the following :

  • 6 months - 2 years of administrative or clerical experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
