A financial services firm in Toronto is looking for a Junior Change Manager to support its change management initiatives within the Operational Non-Financial Risk line of business. The successful candidate will engage stakeholders, assist in developing change strategies, and track adoption metrics. This role is suited for an early-career professional with 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools. A post-secondary degree in a related discipline is preferred.
We are seeking a Junior Change Manager to support change management initiatives within the Operational Non-Financial Risk line of business. This role will support the planning, execution, and sustainment of change activities associated with business, process, and operational initiatives.
The successful candidate will work closely with business leaders, project teams, and impacted stakeholders to ensure changes are clearly understood, effectively adopted, and sustainably embedded. This position is well suited for an early-career professional with foundational change management experience who is eager to grow within a structured, regulated financial services environment.
Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid – approximately 3 days in office, flexible)
Contract Length: 6 Months
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Pay: T4 $40/hour, IC: $46/hour
