Purpose of the Position

To provide superior customer service to all stakeholders while developing, supporting, analyzing, and continuously improving accounting and reporting.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Assist in day-to-day accounts payable functions, including but not limited to:
  • Matching vendor invoices to purchase orders
  • Ensuring invoices are coded to the appropriate general ledger accounts
  • Assist in day-to-day account receivable functions
  • Process banking transactions
  • Perform account reconciliations
  • Generate accounting and financial reports
  • Assist with the preparation of month-end and year-end working papers
  • Analyze transactional data and prepare journal entries, as appropriate
  • Recommend improvements in accounting procedures and systems
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
  • Provide administrative support to the Finance Department
