Job summary

An international technology consulting firm is seeking a Jr. ServiceNow Developer located in Toronto, Ontario. The role involves participating in ServiceNOW testing and administration, working with clients, and creating documentation. Candidates should have experience with the Now Platform and IT Service Management, along with certification in ServiceNow System Administration. This position initially offers remote work before transitioning to onsite in Downtown Toronto.

Qualifications

  • Experience with the Now Platform administration is essential.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise IT Service Management.
  • Proven experience in Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
