What you bring
  • Post-Secondary Degree – preferably in Business or Engineering
  • 0 - 2 years in elevator industry or related experience, or a similar industry which includes the sales, servicing, and installation of capital equipment
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills: communicate clearly and articulately
  • Customer service orientation: demonstrate a focus on improving performance and customer satisfaction
  • Negotiation skills: ability to negotiate persuasively and tactfully to gain customer acceptance
  • Persuasion skills: motivate customers to support business growth
  • Presentation skills: ability to present materials clearly and engage the audience
  • Problem-solving skills: understand problems, assess responsibility, explore solutions, and negotiate settlements
  • Teamwork: interact effectively at all levels and be an integral part of the operation
