Job description
What You Will Do
  • Assist with investigation, diagnosis and root cause analysis.
  • Mentor & train operators to properly inspect, service and maintain assigned units.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs of service equipment.
  • Understand the mechanical, iron and electronics preventative maintenance process.
  • Understand all aspects of STEP equipment maintenance and support.
  • Attend and participate in all weekly safety meetings and safety drills.
  • Respond to emergency situations; provide on‑the‑job training with crew members to ensure the security of personnel, equipment and the environment.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of all proper STEP safe work procedures and practices to manage each task safely and efficiently, ensuring that professionals, the public and the environment remain protected.
  • Adhere to the company’s HSE policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
