Overview

Position: Pursuit Collection — Jasper, AB. Seasonal, Full-time.


The starting salary for this position is $17.00 per hour. This job is posted as part of our seasonal hiring for Spring/Summer, 2025.


Responsibilities


  • Greet and assist guests, promoting products like jackets, hats, sunscreen, and custom souvenirs.

  • Operate a point-of-sale system (RTP) to sell products, handle transactions, and manage pricing.

  • Maintain product knowledge to provide personalized recommendations and enhance guest experience.

  • Resolve sales issues such as scanning errors, exchanges, and returns efficiently.

  • Ensure store setup is complete, including till preparation and supply readiness, before opening.

  • Maintain a clean, organized store environment and complete administrative tasks like inventory counting and filing.

  • Communicate with other departments, including Lift Operators and Guest Service Agents, to enhance operations.

  • Provide information about weather, hiking trail conditions, and tram operations.

  • Follow cash handling procedures and submit end-of-day reports to supervisors.

  • Comply with safety regulations and perform additional duties as assigned.


Qualifications


  • Previous retail experience is an asset.

  • Hospitality-oriented mindset and a passion for delivering memorable experiences.

  • Second language an asset.
