A leading hospitality provider in Jasper is seeking a Driver Guide for the Columbia Icefield Adventure. This role involves providing exceptional interpretive tours while operating vehicles safely. Candidates must obtain a Class 2 driver's license and possess strong guest service skills. Enjoy a beautiful work environment in the Canadian Rockies, with training provided for the role.
Pursuit Collection – Jasper, AB. $20.50 per hour. Seasonal, full-time.
What will be your daily pursuit? In Class 2 MELT training you will be provided with coaching to complete the required written and driving tests to obtain your Class 2 driver's license and Q (Air brakes) license. This training will be completed over a 3-week period in Banff. Once completed, you will be moved on-site for the required operational training before driving with passengers.
As a Driver Guide, you will contribute to making the Columbia Icefield Adventure and Columbia Icefield Skywalk experiences memorable, entertaining and informative as possible for guests visiting from around the globe. A Driver Guide is responsible for safely operating various types of coach buses and unique Ice Explorer vehicles while delivering high-quality interpretive tour content in a professional and interactive manner, meeting the service goals and expectations of Pursuit.
What will your compensation be? The starting salary for this position is $20.50.
