A leading player support company is looking for a bilingual Support Agent to assist gamers with account issues and inquiries. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, customer interaction, and collaboration with developers. Ideal candidates have a passion for gaming and must be bilingual in Japanese and English. The role offers a part-time, remote schedule with competitive pay ranging from $18.20 to $21.20 per hour.
