Job description

We have a new Junior opportunity available for an IT Support person to join our Information Technology team at our Head Office located in Regina, Saskatchewan.

Duties will include, but not be limited to :

  • Primary focus will be on the deployment of new computers and transferring of programs and data from old systems to new.
  • Some administration of end-user accounts.
  • Handling help desk requests, including documenting user inquiries and providing support to resolve end-user IT issues via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Collaborate with other IT staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.
