Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in IT support, help desk, or technical assistance
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and basic networking concepts
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and commonly used business applications
  • Exceptional troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Strong communication abilities and a customer-oriented attitude
  • Capability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively
  • Diploma or certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is a plus

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver first- and second-level technical assistance for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
  • Diagnose hardware, software, network, and application challenges
  • Address support inquiries through our ticketing system, email, and face-to-face interactions
  • Install, set up, and maintain Windows and macOS platforms
  • Provide support for Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive)
  • Onboard new users, manage permissions, and oversee user account maintenance
  • Keep clear documentation of issues, solutions, and procedural standards
  • Elevate complex problems to senior IT personnel or external vendors as needed
  • Assist with system upgrades, backups, and basic security duties
