Job description
Responsibilities

The individual will be assigned tasks and responsibilities including, but not limited to:

  • User provisioning and de-provisioning in Oracle Fusion, IDCS, ServiceNow and UKG applications.
  • Assigning and managing user roles and permissions.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving access-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure seamless access management processes.
Qualifications

Educational Background:

  • A degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory for entry-level).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, CompTIA Security+, or Microsoft Fundamentals) are a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Basic understanding of access management principles and user role assignments.
  • Familiarity with enterprise applications such as Oracle Fusion, IDCS, ServiceNow, or UKG (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Basic troubleshooting skills for resolving IT-related issues.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with IT teams and end-users.
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.

Experience:

  • Prior experience in IT support, service desk, or access management (even internships or academic projects) is a plus but not required.
