IT ERP Applications Developer
On behalf of our client, Forge Consulting Group is seeking an experienced IT ERP Applications Developer to join their team in Windsor, ON.

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented ERP Applications Developer to design, develop, and maintain enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions that support our client’s manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a deep understanding of ERP systems, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to improve business processes and system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and implement ERP applications to meet business needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze requirements, develop technical specifications, and deliver system enhancements.

• Maintain and troubleshoot ERP systems, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and data integrity.

• Create, modify, and maintain reports, dashboards, and integrations with other business systems.

• Develop and maintain documentation, including system configurations, process flows, and user guides.

• Provide ERP system support, troubleshooting issues, and resolving user requests in a timely manner.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend ERP-related solutions.

• Stay up to date with ERP technology trends and recommend tools or upgrades to enhance functionality.

• Ensure compliance with IT policies, data security, and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience in ERP application development, customization, and support within a manufacturing or industrial environment.

• Proficiency with SQL, database management, and ERP programming languages.

• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, Infor, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar.

• Strong understanding of business processes in manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and HR modules.

• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience with system integrations, APIs, and data migration is an asset.
