IT Coordinator

Position Summary: Clow Darling is seeking an experienced IT Coordinator to oversee and manage the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and ERP systems. Specifically, this IT Coordinator role focuses primarily on supporting and optimizing our ERP system. Furthermore, the ideal candidate will ensure that our IT systems are efficient, secure, and aligned with the business goals of the organization.

This is a full‑time, on‑site role Monday to Friday, with occasional after‑hours support and travel to job sites as needed.

Pay: CA$62,400.00 – CA$72,800.00 per year

Key Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, both remotely and on‑site.
• Train and support end‑users to maximize their use of the ERP system.
• Manage the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including workstations, servers, and peripheral devices.
• Ensure network connectivity, performance, and security for all employees and systems.
• Conduct regular backups, software updates, and system audits to maintain the integrity and security of data.
• Maintain and monitor company‑wide IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security systems.
• Proficiency with C# language, including but not limited to the following language features: classes, OOP, custom attributes, generics, delegates, anonymous methods and lambda expressions.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, finance, and HR to understand IT needs and provide solutions that improve business processes.
• Assist with managing vendor relationships for IT equipment, software, and services, ensuring cost‑effective and reliable solutions.
• Keep records of IT systems, configurations, licenses, and software inventories.
• Document technical procedures, workflows, and troubleshooting steps for end‑users.
• Generate regular reports on IT system performance, security, and support requests.

Required Qualifications

• Post‑secondary credential in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Designations or certifications in A+, CAN, DbA or similar.
• 2-5 years of experience in an IT support or coordinator role.
• Ability to work independently, problem‑solve, manage IT projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Clear communicator with ability to train and support non‑technical users.
• Strong knowledge of Maestro ERP or similar ERP systems and how they integrate with business operations.
• Proficient with Office 365, Windows Server, and network infrastructure.
• Knowledgeable in ASP.NET and web development; experienced with SQL Server (queries and database design) and IIS configuration and deployment.
• Proficiency in networking, hardware troubleshooting, and systems administration.
