IT Business Partner - Finance

Hybrid - 3 days a week onsite

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented IT Business Partner – Finance, with a strong passion for the Finance domain. The ideal candidate excels at leading cross-functional initiatives and aligning digital solutions with strategic business objectives, particularly within the healthcare and commercial sectors.

This role requires a proven ability to manage complex, finance-related technology projects, drive innovation, and deliver impactful solutions in highly regulated, compliance-driven environments. The successful candidate will be adept at engaging stakeholders across all levels of the organization, with a focus on maximizing value, enhancing operational efficiency, and enabling digital transformation.

How you’ll spend your day

Business Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with business leaders and stakeholders across Corporate and Finance functions.
  • Lead internal and external collaboration to implement IT solutions aligned with strategic business objectives.
  • Facilitate effective communication across stakeholders using various channels and formats.
  • Identify evolving business needs and propose digital technology initiatives to support strategic priorities.
  • Proactively address performance challenges, risks, and cross-functional dependencies.

Business Analysis & Financial Acumen

  • Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvement and technology enablement.
  • Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and impact assessments to support informed decision-making.
  • Develop business cases and annual budget forecasts aligned with financial and operational goals.
  • Recommend and support the use of advanced analytics to enable data-driven decisions.

Program Management & Solution Deployment

  • Lead, manage, or support global, regional, and local IT projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and escalate issues to appropriate stakeholders as needed.
  • Foster a collaborative environment to exceed business expectations and ensure project success.

Digital Tools & Change Enablement

  • Support the development and maintenance of business dashboards and analytics tools to enhance operational performance.
  • Administer and support tools such as SAP FI/CO, IBP, SAP BI, SAP SAC, Power BI, and Microsoft 365.
  • Train business teams and promote the adoption of digital tools and automation solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with Teva’s SDLC, SOPs, and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Your experience and qualifications
  • Education Required: Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Information
  • At least 5+ years’ experience of IT Stakeholder Management; experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
  • Advanced proficiency in SAP FI/CO modules and strong understanding of accounting principles and financial planning processes
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare industry, including market dynamics, regulatory frameworks, and data privacy requirements
  • Proven ability to ensure compliance with internal controls, financial policies, and external regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, GAMP
  • Experience in a multinational or matrixed organization, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing industry.
  • BI Tools: SAP ECC, SAP FI/CO, IBP, SAP BI, SAP SAC, Power BI
  • Automation & Analytics: Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Chatbots
  • Project & Collaboration Tools: ServiceNow, CHARM, SmarTeam, Planisware, Microsoft Project
  • Methodologies: Agile, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
  • Confident in negotiation, leadership, and influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organization
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on practical, data-driven solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, fostering collaboration and clarity
