Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels across warehouses or storage locations.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and full physical inventory audits.
• Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies (overages, shortages, damages, etc.).
• Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP / WMS system.
• Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to forecast inventory requirements.
• Identify and resolve inventory-related issues that may impact operations or customer service.
• Analyze inventory trends and suggest improvements in stock handling and storage practices.
• Ensure stock rotation practices (e.g., FIFO / FEFO) are followed.
• Prepare regular reports on inventory performance, KPIs, and variances.
• Comply with safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines related to inventory handling.
