As a Growth Developer, you’ll sit at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Growth. You’ll lead the implementation of high‑impact UI experiments, build polished, world‑class user experiences in React, and use data to continuously optimize acquisition, activation, and retention at Phoenix.
You’re comfortable owning problems end‑to‑end, collaborating cross‑functionally, and making informed trade‑offs to drive measurable results.
