- As a World, you will be assigned a focus area such as Client Experience, Beauty Services, or Operations (or a combination) and you are responsible for ensuring team members perform services within Sephora standards, execute Sephora’s selling model, and provide outstanding client service to meet store goals and objectives. You will regularly support in areas such as staffing of operations, the overnight stock team, the operations leadership team, and the overall execution of Sephora. In addition, you will:
- Sales Experience: Ensure all on-stage cast properly execute Sephora’s selling model, “Get, Give, Teach.” Drive sales and services at the Beauty, Skin and Fragrance Studio.
- Training & Development: Ensure that Services Coordinators are adequately trained to manage the Studio and drive services daily. Execute cast training outside of Daily Dose. Partner with elevated store/district experts to ensure cast have appropriate product, category, and brand training for clients. Facilitate Sephora training sessions whenever possible.
- Maintain a Coaching Culture: Participate in the selection, training and certification of all SUBC Facilitators and coaches. Ensure Facilitators and coaches maintain or exceed expectations by regularly attending classes within the store.
- Makeup & Skincare Passion: Demonstrate artistry skills through custom makeovers and mini-makeovers and skincare services as needed.
- Passionate about Clients: Regularly act as the Director in Charge (DIC) within the store. Engage with cast and clients on-stage whenever possible.

- Operational Excellence: Lead the store’s operations. Ensure execution of all operations-focused processes per company standard.
- Inventory Management: Manage store inventory, including shipping, receiving, returns, cycle counting, and ensuring processes meet company guidelines and timeframes.
- Visual Merchandising: Manage merchandising concepts and on-stage visuals to company standards. Coordinate with in-house and/or third-party cleaning crews, providing feedback, coaching, and escalation as needed.

- You have 1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role at a similar-volume store or equivalent internal experience.
- You have demonstrated effective time management and problem-solving skills.
- You have proven ability to manage time to execute multiple tasks and changing priorities.
- You have flexible availability to work during “peak” retail hours such as nights, weekends, and holidays.

Compensation: The compensation ranges between CAD$22.85 - CAD$28.55. The final pay offered will depend on factors including but not limited to actual qualifications and experience, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
