A prominent financial institution in Montreal is seeking a cross-sector solutions product owner to lead development projects across several business lines. The role demands in-depth knowledge of business needs and cross-sector IT solutions, effective communication, and a minimum of eight years of relevant experience. As a cross-sector solutions product owner, you’ll be part of the WMLHI Operational Excellence Department. The department’s mission is to support business line development by providing expertise, know-how and execution logic that fosters excellence at all levels. As a PO integrator, you’ll take a leadership role with sector POs on projects and ensure compliance with priorities and guidelines. You’ll also be responsible for ensuring the needs of senior management are in line with the project’s realities. You’ll have a cross-sector scope for projects related to applications (cross-sector solutions) under our responsibility for the entire WMLHI Executive Division. You need to have in-depth knowledge of business needs and cross-sector solutions and the ability to explain them in plain language. More specifically, you will be required to:
